The Team
Every session is led by a licensed, qualified practitioner.
Brook is a licensed physiotherapist and pelvic floor specialist. She's an expert in functional movement and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Her approach blends clinical precision with accessible, whole-body programming designed for real results, not performative flexibility.
At this retreat, Brook leads the functional mobility classes, an aerial mobility session, a yin yoga class, and the morning routine (sun salutation, sauna, cold plunge). Whether you are managing a chronic issue or simply want to move better, her sessions are structured to meet you where you are.
Janet is a certified pilates instructor whose method blends scientific rigor with conscious, mindful movement. Her sessions are built around alignment and controlled activation, with particular depth in pelvic stability and core integration.
Each class with Janet is a semi-private 1 hour session, paired with just one other guest. This 2:1 format gives her enough proximity to correct form in real time while keeping the energy of working alongside someone else.
Ale is a personal trainer and sports performance coach, who works with professional surfers, skim boarders, and hockey players. His approach centers functional movement patterns that translate to real-world strength and injury prevention.
Ale is available throughout your stay for private one-on-one training sessions in Calibra's gym. Sessions are 60 minutes and can be booked as an add-on ($90/session). Whether you want to supplement the group programme with targeted strength work or explore a new training modality, Ale tailors each session to your goals.
